AC Milan striker Rafael Leao has welcomed Zlatan Ibrahimovic's return to the club.

The Swede has been hired as an adviser, though is yet to be seen at the club since his appointment.

Leao said of his former teammate: "When I played good games he didn't say anything to me, when I played badly instead he came and told me 'Rafa...'.

"It gave me positive pressure. When you know that a person speaks to you to help you, you know that they love you and therefore Ibra's advice helped me. Now with his return he will help me even more, he is an important person for all of us and for Milan.

"It's essential to have him with us."
