Agent Massimo Brambati says he isn't surprised by Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba failing a doping test.
Pogba has been provisionally suspended after testing positive for testosterone.
Brambati told TMW Radio: "An argument must be made. In my opinion he is a great talent, he demonstrated it when he arrived at Juve from Manchester and then was sold to the Red Devils, then he was a little flattened along with United.
"He had a flare-up at the 2018 World Cup, which was his World Cup and France won above all due to him. Off the pitch, however, he doesn't have all this talent, on the contrary. God has been very generous with him in one sense but little in another.
"He's trying his hardest to get himself into a lot of trouble. I am convinced that this substance was taken by him. I heard a person who told me that Pogba was on holiday in Miami and in the USA if you approach some trainers to try to recover, they put 'drinks' in front of you which have substances that can then come out. Testosterone is such an ancient substance that bodybuilders were taking it in the 1980s.
"A huge mistake was made, a player like him cannot make these mistakes. He took a wrong turn after the knee injury, which also led him to miss the World Cup. Then when he takes wrong turns, sometimes you immediately take others and enter a negative loop. So he put Juventus in difficulty. He would have made a great contribution to this team. Even on a qualitative level, perhaps with less playing time, he could have served.
"So he puts a team in difficulty that perhaps had guessed well with (Cristiano) Giuntoli to let him go to save on wages and invest that money on the transfer market. This was a blow for him but also for the club."
