The agent of Juventus midfielder Kenan Yildiz has slammed the clubs who rejected him as a junior.
The teenage Turk is being celebrated today after a superb month of form with Juve.
Speaking to Tuttosport, his agent Hector Peris Ros said: "Kenan is a machine built to win. He has been preparing since he was little, this is his only goal. He impressed me immediately: he immediately reminded me of Ferrán Torres.
"A mentality, a humility, an extraordinary worker. Few come across all these characteristics."
Asked why German clubs failed to notice him after Bayern Munich, Ros also said: "We honestly don't know. This case reminds us a lot of that of Pedri: no one knew him, we took him to Real Madrid on a trial basis but they rejected him. There he began his story, which then blossomed at Barcelona.
"There are many similarities with Kenan: even at Bayern Munich, despite the excellent relationships with Hasan Salihamidžić and Marco Neppe, they arrived late on the renewal. In Germany the clubs that had a strong international profile all rejected him. Incomprehensible."
