Blackpool boss Neil Critchley praised his players after their FA Cup replay defeat to Nottingham Forest.

Forest needed extra-time to eventually win 3-2 at the Seasiders.

Critchley later said: "It's hard to take, but I have nothing but praise for our players.

"You couldn't tell the difference between the two sets of players. An exciting cup tie, we played with endeavour and energy.

"The whole team, even when we were losing we went after Forest. We tried to press them. I thought we caused them problems."
