Chelsea fullback Ian Maatsen is on his way to Borussia Dortmund today.

The Dutchman is joining BVB on-loan to the end of the season. No option to buy has been included in the transfer.

Maatsen was due in Dortmund today to finalise the move.

He has made just three starts this season, with a further 12 appearances off the bench.

Maatsen is a current Holland U21 international.
