Chelsea have set their price for Armando Broja.
The London Evening Standard says Chelsea are willing to sell the striker this month for £50m.
Aston Villa have joined the interest, with Wolves, West Ham and Fulham all in contact.
Broja has just returned from ACL surgery over year ago and has been working his way back to full fitness.
But Chelsea are prepared to sell the Albania international to ease Financial Fair Play pressures.
It's also been revealed West Ham failed with a £35m bid last summer for Broja.
