Chelsea's partner club Strasbourg are battling with Eintracht Frankfurt for a signing.
Strasbourg are keen to bring 18-year-old Serbian striker Milos Lukovic to the club from FK MIT.
Lukovic is rated at £4 million and would be open to the move to France, per The Standard.
Strasbourg have a partnership with Chelsea that specifically applies to young players.
The two clubs are now connected under the BlueCo umbrella by Blues owners Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital.
Lukovic, who has 10 goals in 19 games this season, may eventually be in line for a Stamford Bridge move.
