Agent Andrea D'Amico isn't surprised by Charles De Ketelaere's impact with Atalanta.
After a tough year with AC Milan, the Belgium attacker is thriving with La Dea.
D'Amico told Radio 24: "When someone has talent, he has to wait. There are some champions who are not yet champions because they are not yet mature. But it must also be said that playing in a stadium like San Siro and wearing a shirt like Milan's is not like playing at Atalanta.
"We have many examples in football, (Antonio) Di Natale made the Udinese fans go crazy with joy, but then he struggled more with heavier shirts. I also remember (Fabricio) Coloccini when he arrived at Milan: entering the pitch next to (Paolo) Maldini and with a full stadium was anguished. To play in big clubs you also need a great personality."
