Departing Tottenham midfielder Lucas Moura has urged Brazil teammate Neymar to consider a move to England.

The PSG star is unsettled in Paris and been linked with Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea.

Moura told LÉquipe, "It depends on him (Neymar) and what he wants.

"It also depends on how he feels in Paris and at the club, and whether he is happy with his teammates.

"But if he thinks about leaving PSG, I would advise him to play in the Premier League.

"It is the most interesting league."
