Lazio great Paolo di Canio says Dusan Vlahovic has only himself to blame for his poor form this season.
The striker has struggled with Juventus this term.
Di Canio told Tuttosport: "Is it the fault of the player or the team? A few months ago, I would have answered 50/50, today I say 75% Vlahovic's fault. If you are strong, no matter how frustrated you may be about the few scoring opportunities, you have to apply yourself, you have to commit yourself to managing the few balls that come your way.
"In Florence he was 'on fire', he always believed in it because he was very involved, he played with joy. With Juve it's obvious that everything is different, even in terms of pressure, but I discovered fragilities in him, in his choices, in not being intelligent in football when he encounters difficulties.
"I am raw, direct: when I say that he has no football intelligence, I am not saying that he is not good and that he cannot play for Juventus. But he must know how to do simple things, because in this way he not only puts his teammates in a position to do well, but also to be able to then get the ball back in the best way. The great pure talent, he is strong in difficulties."
