Malaga striker Juanma Rodriguez has been snapped up by Real Madrid.
Marca says Real Madrid have signed Rodriguez from Malaga for 200,000 euros, with the 17-year-old forward considered to be one of the brightest prospects to have emerged from the Andalusian club in years.
Juanma has signed a four-year contract with Los Blancos and will be integrated in Juvenil A (under-19s) for the 2020/21 season, although interestingly that team doesn't have a coach at present.
However, Juanma has a chance to play for a Real Madrid team coached by Raul Gonzalez in the UEFA Youth League, which is set to be held in Nyon later in August.
There are some similarities between Los Merengues' latest youth signing and Brahim Diaz, with both growing up inside Malaga's youth academy.
