RB Leipzig have announced the signing of Napoli midfielder Eljif Elmas.

Elmas moves to the Bundesliga club for a fee of €25m.

The midfielder has also agreed terms over a deal to 2028, with the transfer to be formalised on January 1.

Elmas will join his new teammates in La Manga, Spain, for a training camp kicking off on January 2.

He leaves Napoli after four years with the Serie A champions.
