West Ham United midfielder Edson Alvarez is delighted with the way he's settled in England.

Alvarez arrived in the summer from Ajax.

The Mexico international told ViaPlay: "I really like being here, London is a fantastic city.

"You see fans everywhere, also from other clubs. It's great to see and I really feel at home.

"The West Ham fans are very loyal and they have a great love for the club.

"They have shown that if you fight for the club and give everything you have, they will support you throughout the season.

Although it was a big challenge to switch to the Premier League, Alvarez has enjoyed every minute.

"It has been one of the biggest challenges in my career.

"That's why I chose West Ham and the Premier League. I want to play as much as possible and show myself in the Premier League."
