Osman Kakay says he'd welcome new contract talks with QPR

The Sierra Leone international came through the club's academy and admits he's never considered moving elsewhere.

With his deal now well inside it's final 18 months, Kakay says he hopes to soon hear from management about opening negotiations about a new deal.

Speaking on behalf of CopyBet, Kakay told Tribalfootball.com: "This is my boyhood club.

"I've been here since I was seven years old. Yeah, I've been here a very long time. I love playing for the club.

"But my main focus right now is just to play consistently and get as many games as I can and help the team."

The defender added: "I've been with the club for a very long time and whenever I play I always try to be ready to keep performing and try my hardest."
