Girona are favourites to land Claudio Echeverri.

The teenage midfielder is set to sign for Manchester City this week from River Plate.

Ole says Echeverri will then be sent on-loan to LaLiga partners Girona for the remainder of the season.

Echeverri is set to join City in a €25m deal.

His agent Enzo Montepaone told TyC Sports: "I can confirm that everything is ready for Claudio's transfer from River Plate to Manchester City.

"We are very happy."
