Inter Miami are seeking to organise a friendly with Barcelona.

Inter want to organise the game to mark an official Barcelona farewell for Lionel Messi.

The MLS club's owner Jorge Mas said: "Hopefully Lionel Messi can say his proper goodbye. He deserves his correct goodbye there, yes.

"I will do everything in my power in order to facilitate, and help him do that because he's deserving of that."

As such, Mas would seek to stage the game in Spain.
