Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi feels his team deserves greater respect.

Inzaghi was left pleased with their battling win against Hellas Verona.

He said: "Taking Inter's victories for granted is wrong, the table doesn't say this: there is a team attached to us, it's not as obvious as everyone says and it's not obvious to replace very important players, who have made the history of Inter.

"The club was very good, but it was difficult for us to get there, we worked, we changed essential players.

"The pitch? The other day I was watching the Milan match and I immediately called (Beppe) Marotta, it is penalising for anyone who plays here. We knew it, unfortunately since the match against Udinese this pitch, which was previously an excellent pitch, is in great difficulty. This will need to be remedied, it not only penalises Inter and Milan but also those who come here to play.
