Josep Gombau has been named new Aston Villa U21 coach.
The Spaniard, 47, spent six years inside Barcelona's coaching system.
Gombau has been involved in Australian football, coaching Adelaide United and also working for the national team in various roles.
He has held managerial and coaching positions with clubs in Hong Kong, Australia, India and USA.
