Harry Kane was happy to score in Bayern Munich's 4-3 victory over Champions League opponents Manchester United.
Kane struck from the spot as Bayern always appeared comfortable on the night.
"Crazy finish. For the majority of the game we controlled it and dictated the tempo. We just lost a bit of concentration in the last five minutes. Thankfully we held onto the lead," he later said.
"It's been nice. It's always great to score. Always room for improvement. It's a great night tonight. We're building. We can enjoy this.
"As a striker I know I'll get chances. It's exciting to play with them. We're still getting to know each other. I'm excited for what's to come.
"Whenever there's a big price tag there's a big expectation and you want to repay the club who have put faith in you."
On United, he added: "They are going through a difficult spell with injuries. They have a lot of talent - you saw that in the last five minutes. Overall I'm not too worried about them, I'm more focused on myself."
