Lazio president Claudio Lotito admits Bayern Munich is a difficult Champions League draw.

Lazio will face Bayern in the round of 16.

Lotito said: “Bayern Munich are one of the worst teams that we could've drawn. But we're here on merit, we'll fight until the end to have our say.

“In Serie A we're not doing well, the team must do better to climb the table. In Europe, however, things have gone well so far, and we will try to repeat ourselves, even if we have an opponent who are experts in this competition ahead of us.

"Against Bayern, anyway, we'll try."
