Liverpool are in talks with Aberdeen for Calvin Ramsay.

The young fullback is a top summer target for the Reds and negotiations are underway, says the Liverpool Echo.

Since the end of the season, the Reds have become increasingly confident a deal could be completed for the 18-year-old defender.

Talks between the sides have now begun regarding the structure of a potential transfer.

Liverpool expect to cough up around £4m for Ramsay, with bonuses due to be discussed. Should Ramsay make the move, he would become the richest sale in Dons history.
