Luka Modric is delighted with his new deal at Real Madrid.

The veteran midfielder has penned a new 12 month contract with Real Madrid.

Modric posted to social media: "Home Sweet Home."

The 37 year-old playmaker joined Real Madrid 11 years ago from Tottenham and has since won everything in the game - including the Ballon d'Or.

In this last season, Modric played 52 games to confirm his fitness.
