Injured Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne sees the title race as wide open.

De Bruyne is recovering from hamstring injury and won't be back until the New Year.

He told TVPlay: "It looks like this… There are five to six teams that are super close to each other.

“Tottenham started very well. Arsenal and Liverpool are there. We are doing the same again and then you have Aston Villa, Newcastle and Brighton who are doing well.

"And you should never write United off.

“It's going to be difficult, isn't it!"
