Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson has been named FIFA's 'Best' for 2023.

Ederson was a key player in City's 2023 Treble triumph last season.

“To win this award is a great honour and I would like to thank everybody that voted for me," he said.

“I feel very proud to be named as the best goalkeeper in the world and for it to be voted for by other professionals.

“It would be not possible without my team-mates, Pep Guardiola and all the coaching staff.

“I also have to say thank you to the goalkeeping coaches and the other goalkeepers for all their huge support and help.

“It was an incredible year, one we will never forget, and now we will keep working hard to try to keep on delivering more success."
