This week, The Standard states that United have an interest in Everton center-back Jarrad Branthwaite.

They are also keen admirers of Nice defender Jean Clair Tobido, who would be an attainable target.

Todibo plays for the Ligue 1 club that INEOS own, which could make negotiations easier for United.

Branthwaite, meanwhile, has been a star for the Toffees this season in the Premier League, starting 18 league matches.
