Chelsea medical director Dimitrios Kalogiannidis has departed the club with immediate effect.
The staff member has been a part of the Blues setup since October 2022, taking over from Paco Biosca.
However, The Telegraph states that Kalogiannidis has no issue with co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart.
He may be leaving due to a personal matter, which may even see him return in the future.
While Kalogiannidis was only in this role for a short period, he has been with the Blues for 13 years.
He has worked as the club's first-team doctor, academy doctor and first-team doctor of the women's side.
