MLS Commissioner Don Garber admits they're yet complete the signing of Leo Messi.
The Barcelona great has committed to Inter Miami after leaving PSG at the end of last season.
Garber, however, says nothing is yet sealed - though insists everything is on track.
“We continue to work to finalize all aspects of our deal and hope to make some announcements about Messi very soon," Garber explained to Sky Sports.
“I couldn't be more excited that the greatest player to ever play the game has chosen Major League Soccer as his next destination."
He also said: “I think Messi's arrival is a great testament to where MLS stands on the world soccer landscape. It is also a great achievement for Inter Miami, their ambition and what they are trying to do to build and grow the sport in the South Florida part. Messi is very supportive and it will be a great moment for football in the United States."
