New ADO Den Haag coach Pardew targets Sheffield Utd midfielder Morrison

New ADO Den Haag coach Alan Pardew is ready to return to the Premier League to boost his newly-inherited squad.

The former Crystal Palace manager was named new Den Haag coach last month, with the club in the Eredivisie dropzone.

Sky Sports says Sheffield United midfielder Ravel Morrison as a likely first signing for Pardew.

The Blades are willing to release Morrison, who signed as a free agent after extended preseason trials. He spent last season in Sweden with Ostersunds FK.

Morrison is a former Manchester United FA Youth Cup winner.
