However, Goal.com states that Chelsea had a €20 million offer turned down by Corinthians.

The Brazilian club are selling him to Paris Saint-Germain for a fee of around €25 million instead.

The West London club are disappointed about this outcome, as they wanted to secure Moscardo quickly.

The player even shares the same agent as Angelo Gabriel and Deivid Washington, who did move to the Blues from Santos.
