Reading boss Ruben Selles has no doubts about the potential of Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund.
Selles worked with Hojlund at FC Copenhagen as assistant coach.
"With Rasmus, you can expect that he will be seen as one of the best strikers in the world. I think he can be when the team becomes more established than they are at the moment.
"You can only expect better things for him in the Manchester United jersey," says Selles to Training Ground Guru.
"He is a monster purely mentally, and he has a family that has taken good care of him. His two brothers play for FC Copenhagen, and one of the brothers was even in the squad when they played against United.
"He is in a strong environment and he has a really strong character. You don't often have young talents who have that mentality, and we experienced that at FCK.
"It's the Premier League, so you get exposure all over the world, and when he misses a chance, everyone talks about it, but it's part of the process and he will become a better player.
"He is getting stronger in the games in his mind during the process and he has been fantastic in the other tournaments. It's only a matter of time before he strikes and connects with the fans.
"When he gets his breakthrough, he will be incredible for the club."
