Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz: I joined Man City due to Pellegrini

Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz has declared himself injury free.

The youngster also insists he sees his future at Real, despite his limited playing chances since last January's arrival from Manchester City.

Brahim said, "I was injured in the last LaLiga game of the season and I had a downturn. I have never had a bad streak of injuries. I had to solve it in the best way and it is already past me. Now I feel good, eager and very hungry. I train to be available to the mister."

On his time with West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini at Manchester City, Brahim added: "He was a very important person. In Malaga he came to see my matches and he had a lot to do with my arrival. I debuted against Swansea in the Capital One on September 21.

"Manchester City has been part of my growth and I've been very happy there."
