Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos says he had no issue being jeered by home fans during their Spanish Cup semifinal victory over Atletico Madrid.
Kroos was booed in Riyadh every time he touched the ball in the 5-3 win.
He later posted to social media: "It's been fun today. Incredible audience."
The fans were responding to Kroos' criticism of the Saudi Pro League and particularly former Celta Vigo starlet Gabri Veiga's decision to join Al Ahli this summer.
Kroos said at the time: "It is said that people there play ambitious football, but it's all about money. It's starting to be difficult for the football we all know and love."
He later branded Veiga's decision as, "Shameful".
