Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has paid tribute to coach Carlo Ancelotti after their Spanish Super Cup win.

Real thrashed Barcelona 4-1 in Riyadh on Thursday.

Florentino said: "He is truly a coach who suits Madrid's style very well, for his way of understanding football and for his exemplary behavior in each match, they fit Real Madrid and Ancelotti very well."

The president also commented on Vinicius Jr's hat-trick.

He added: "He shines almost always, today he deserved it and he is very happy. The effort he makes in every game is phenomenal, which is why he is one of the best in the world. He is very young, he is happy and he is very good and every year he will be better."
