Spanish outfit Real Union and Aston Villa are set to announce an official partnership in the next month.
Villa head coach Unai Emery is a majority stakeholder in the third-tier club in Spain.
Emery's father and grandfather both played for Real Union in their footballing careers.
According to El Diario Vasco, Villa and Union will soon be officially linked to each other.
The Spanish club is currently in an agreement with Real Sociedad, which will end before the Villa deal starts.
The deal is likely to be for a total of four years, while the deal is only for sporting collaboration and not to bring Real Union into the V Sports umbrella.
