Ajax are handing Jordan Henderson a long-term deal.
The former Liverpool captain is set to sign for the Dutch giants today.
Henderson will join as a free agent after being released by Al-Ettifaq from his contract.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Henderson should sign until the summer of 2026, i.e. for two and a half years. There is no option to extend the contract, the term is guaranteed.
As such, Henderson, 33, is committing his final years as a player to Dutch football.
