Manchester United investor Sir Jim Ratcliffe may not always control his stake in the club.
Ratcliffe has bought 25 percent of the club through his INEOS group this year.
However, The Times states that the Glazer family who own United's majority shares can force Ratcliffe to sell his stake.
That deal is part of the contract the parties signed to enter into this partnership.
The Glazers are only permitted to ask Ratcliffe to sell if there is an outside bidder for the whole club.
What most experts believe is that Ratcliffe will eventually buy the entire club in the coming years.
