AS Roma management are ready to stand by coach Jose Mourinho.

After their 3-1 defeat to AC Milan this weekend, speculation has intensified over Mourinho's position. Roma are currently languishing in mid-table.

However, Il Romanista says the owners, the Friedkin family, will stick with the Portuguese to the end of the season, when his contract will expire.

The focus now is on finding a new sporting director with Tiago Pinto to depart next month.
