Salernitana chief exec Maurizio Milan says they're happy with coach Pippo Inzaghi.

The AC Milan great has given Salernitana a big chance of Serie A survival this season.

Milan told TMW: "Pippo has shown that he believes in it, he has changed the team mood and has also re-motivated players who had been out of the squad for a long time now.

"We are and will be at his side in the coming days.

"The team is still alive. We believe very much in salvation, we will work for this also in the January transfer window."
