Former Juventus midfielder Alessio Tacchinardi still regards Inter Milan as Scudetto favourites.

Juve are closing on the leaders as the players respond to coach Max Allegri's leadership.

But Tacchinardi told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "In percentages I would say 55% the Nerazzurri and 45% Juve, as demonstrated by Vlahovic's words after the Salernitana match, now the players know that when they wear that shirt they only play to win.

"What struck me about Juve this year is the awareness that the team seems to be maturing from game to game, with Inter who will soon have to compete in Europe again and those are matches that can erode the energy and move the team a little the balance, because preparing a match against Atletico Madrid is not like preparing one for the Italian Cup.

"Allegri doesn't steal the eye with his game but he is a master in managing pressure, this championship head-to-head is his bread and butter."
