Tajon Buchanan is excited joining Inter Milan.
The winger completed his move from Club Brugge on Friday.
He said: “At this point in my career, it felt like the right choice and the right fit. Obviously I've been watching Inter for a very long time and it just felt like a team and a place I saw myself playing at and I'm excited for the future.
“Take it day by day, control what I can control. That's coming in, working hard and trying to adapt as quickly as possible. Learn from the coaching staff, learn from the guys who are here already, who have been in this league for a very long time. I'm eager to learn and ready to help the team.
“I'm here to learn and trying to adapt as quickly as possible. I'm very versatile and I bring a lot to the table, I can play a lot of different positions."
Buchanan also said: “I think I'm a very direct player, I like to take my defender on one vs one. Over the past couple of years I've played right-back so I'm strong defensively as well. I like to make a difference in the final third.
“It's about trying to take in as much as possible at first, learn from everyone, the coaching staff, the players on the team. To be the first Canadian is a big achievement, it's extremely exciting and I'm very proud.
