Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario doesn't want to be compared with Hugo Lloris.

Lloris has now left for LAFC after being replaced by Vicario this season.

But the Italian told the Mirror: “I said the day Hugo decided to leave that I would take care with all my possibility to try to make a mark like him. Not to try to replicate what he did because he did incredible stuff.

"I just want to try to commit myself 100 per cent every day and try to give to Spurs fans a lot to remember about me so they have big thoughts about me, too. Football is not for always.

"You have to take care of your place and to give everything you have. People like Hugo did so much for this club and when you leave, you are always remembered in the best way. He did incredibly here."
