Arsenal forgotten midfielder Fabio Vieira has been spotted training in Dubai this week.

The Portuguese has not been featuring as much as expected so far this season.

An injury setback he suffered recently has curtailed his progress at the club.

Recently, manager Mikel Arteta said: "Yeah we've got a problem with him. He's been having some discomfort.

"We sent him to see a specialist and the advice was to have an operation in his groin.

"He did that yesterday. We don't expect him back this side of the winter break."

Now football.london states that Vieira was seen training in Dubai and may be fit when the Premier League resumes for the Gunners.
