West Ham star Jarrod Bowen is pushing to return to action as soon as this weekend.

The attacker has been the most important player for manager David Moyes so far this season.

Bowen, whose habit of pulling out goals from nowhere is valuable to the team, is recovering from an ankle injury.

Per The Standard, the forward could play against Sheffield United at the weekend.

West Ham, who are sixth in the Premier League, are pushing to qualify for the Champions League next season.

They also have injury issues to the likes of Lucas Paqueta and Michail Antonio, while Mohammed Kudus is at AFCON.
