Arsenal are said to be holding talks with West Ham over selling one of their fringe players.

The Gunners are looking to bring in funds to sign a top class center forward for manager Mikel Arteta.

Now football.london are relaying that Arsenal and West Ham are negotiating over a move for Emile Smith Rowe.

The attacking midfielder has been out of sorts at the Emirates Stadium for the past 18 months.

After being a regular in the early years of Arteta's reign, Smith Rowe is very much a backup at this stage.

While he is said to love the club and wants to stay, he may feel that moving for regular football is necessary.
